Pre-auction Advice
All valuers at Amersham Auction Rooms have the skills to both appraise goods and to advise potential Sellers of their current market values. To assist intending Buyers, the Valuers will invariably advise the Seller that agreed lots should be offered with published price estimates attached and/or be subject to an undisclosed reserve price. This advice will ensure that goods will not be sold below the minimum price expected by the Seller.
